Holo circles

Hello loves! I hope you are having a great Saturday! Mine was spent cleaning up and catching up on editing pictures. I still have a lot of stuff to show you and I'm kinda overwhelmed. I also did this stamping mani that I will show you, which I'm not 100% happy about but I'm too lazy to redo.

Tomorrow's challenge in the group Adventures In Stamping is "a plate ending in 5". Now this was a real tough one for me because I only have two plates ending in 5 and one of them has only boring little flowers on it. I did order the Cheeky set from Amazon and they shipped on Monday. I was expecting them to show up yesterday but they didn't, which made me very sad. So my only option was plate m65. I've used the rose pattern on it before so it had to be one of the abstract, geometrical patterns.

The base color is Eveline Holografic Shine 413 (previously shown here). I've noticed it also has a name on the cap and it's Aubergine Hologram. I hadn't noticed the names on these the first times I wore them. I chose a holo because it was the option I voted for in the weekly poll and although it didn't win, I really wanted to use one.

I've seen this type of manicures before and wanted to try one for a while. The black circles look like an outline for the holo circles that stand out. They look better in reality. The camera captured all the flaws in my stamping. I stamped with China Glaze Liquid Leather by the way.

I still think this mani looks a bit too dark from a distance and the holo doesn't really stand out. It would definitely look better with a stronger holo polish. What do you think?
