A-england Dragon

Hello my lovelies and happy Sunday! We are enjoying the first days of spring over here and even though the sun is a little moody, the temperatures are going up and I couldn't be happier. We've always had long winters in the past years, so it's nice to have a spring rather than jumping directly into summer. I have another A-england beauty to show today and I really can't say enough good things about this polish. You can see for yourself that it's gorgeous!

Of course I wanted both Saint George and Dragon for a long time, but I was always sure that Saint George would be my favorite of the two. I was very surprised when I put this one on because I actually love it more. It's probably because it's lighter and that makes the holo effect more visible. It might also be the fact that this has a better formula, at least on my bottle.

Dragon is a moss green shimmer with a subtle scattered holo effect. It's hard to capture in photos and I had no sun when I wore this polish, so the best photo of the holo effect I could get is the one below. Please excuse the weird angle.

Application was a dream with this polish. It's very opaque, so you might get it right in just one coat, depending on the thickness of your coats. I personally did 2 because my first one wasn't perfect. The formula is amazing and it literally goes on like butter. The only problem I had were a few uneven bristles on the brush, which I had to take care of with scissors. It dries pretty shiny but I used a coat of Seche Vite on top to make it dry faster.

I really can't get enough of this polish. It has entered my A-england top 3 and I can't wait to wear it in the summer because I'm sure the sun will make it look even better.
