Hello my lovelies and happy Sunday! The sun is shining and it's crazy hot in my neck of the woods, too bad I only have studying scheduled for today. The nails I want to show you are very appropriate for this weather. I guess you've seen by now that I'm obsessed with studs. Well, I hope you're not too tired of them because there's more coming your way.
The base color for this manicure is Illamasqua Load, a yellow that is slightly more pale than it looks in my photos. It's kinda hard to photograph without it looking completely flat, so I had to enhance the color a bit. I created the flowers using Kiko 389 Mint Milk and a large dotting tool. At first I only wanted to do one flower per nail, but ended up doing the whole nail instead.
The studs I used for this manicure are from the first wheel that I received from Born Pretty. I actually did these a few weeks back but didn't have time to post them before. Now I have two different stud wheels so I'm afraid that I'm never gonna stop doing stud manicures.
Needless to say, I loved these nails a lot. The only reason that made me take them off was that they were a bit too much for certain classes I had to attend at school. I'm sure they would have lasted for at least a week considering how great Illamasqua polishes are. So what do you think? Would you wear this manicure?
This is such a cute manicure! I would totally wear it :)

ReplyDeleteThank you! I know, right? They are even more expensive in Europe. I never pay full price for mine. The ones I have are either from sales or blog sales. It's very hard to hunt one down at a decent price.
