Hello my lovelies! I'm still away from home but I couldn't miss Monday Blues so this is another post I've scheduled for you. The manicure I'm showing you today involves a lot of stuff I love. You all know that I'm obsessed with blue polish and my absolute favorite polish of all time is China Glaze First Mate. I was very happy when I found out that Zoya came out with a textured version of this color in the form of Sunshine. I immediately knew that I had to combine these two beauties in one manicure and that's how this was born.
This is extremely easy to do and I think it looks really cool because of the different textures in it. I started with two coats of First Mate (one is enough if you do thicker coats) and then used a fast drying top coat. After if dried I used two pieces of tape to form a triangle and painted a coat of Sunshine on top. I then removed the tape while it was still wet and that's it!
I don't know about you but I love the feel of the Pixie Dust polishes. They are textured but still less gritty compared to other brands of textured polish.
I'm really happy with how this mani came out. Hope you like it too! Make sure you check out the other Monday Blues posts of this month below!
Have a great week!
M-am indragostit de combinatia asta! Si-asa imi ramasese mie gandul la Sunshine :))
