Zoya Chita

Hello my lovelies! I don't know about you, but I'm still obsessed with the textured polish trend. I do think my collection is complete now, especially after purchasing the Kiko Sugar Mat collection, but that doesn't mean I've worn all the ones that I have. Zoya Chita has been in my collection for a few months and I just got around to wearing it last week. Why that didn't happen sooner I can't tell you. It's probably a case of the "too many polishes, too few fingers" issue.

Zoya Chita is my second pick from the Fall 2013 Pixie Dust collection. It's a forest green textured polish that is packed with gold shimmer. I've always liked the combo of green and gold (like the one of blue and silver from Zoya Sunshine) so this is definitely a winner in my book. To show you just how sparkly this is, I added a direct light photo below.

Like Sunshine, Chita has an amazing pigmentation and was opaque in just one coat. The formula is on the thicker side, but very easy to work with so there's minimal cleanup needed. These also dry very very fast, so if you are looking for a quick manicure they are perfect. You can add a fast drying spray to make them dry even faster if you have to run out the door.

I'm sure this would look absolutely stunning with a glossy top coat added, so my next task is to swatch both Sunshine and Chita with a top coat. I already did that with Nyx and it was spectacular (post here). I also can't wait for the new holographic Pixie Dust polishes to be out next spring. I need them all!
