Vampy Glitter Tips

Hello my lovelies! I am a bad blogger, I know. I haven't posted anything this week and I apologize for that. It's been a crazy one for me and I have an exam next week so there won't be a lot of blogging for me in the next days. I decided to schedule a post tonight and realized that I have a month old manicure that I haven't shown you yet. It's not much, but I liked it a lot back when I wore it and got a lot of compliments. It was actually the manicure that I chose to wear on the trip I went on at the end of last month, so it was on my nails for quite some time.

This might look like black, but it's actually a very dark green called OPI Here Today...Aragon Tomorrow. The beauty of this polish resides in the fact that it has a very fine hidden shimmer. This shimmer doesn't necessarily come through on the nail, but it gives a delicious shine that makes this polish unique. I might be one of the few people who get excited about this kind of polishes but I wish you could see in the photos just how squishy this looks. I swear it's great!

The polish I used for the glitter tips is Erica from Shimmer Polish. It's a very complex mix of holographic glitter with an amazing shine. The sparkle in this is so great and it goes so well with the dark green! Here's a direct light picture that gives you a glimpse of the sparkliness.

Isn't it gorgeous? I really enjoyed wearing this manicure even though it's not quite right for the season. Vampy nails are elegant and classy, and the glitter makes them look so beautiful. I love everything about these nails!
