Dragon Skin

Hello my lovelies and happy Sunday! Believe it or not, I have no idea where this week went. I meant to blog some more but time just flew by. I'll try to redeem myself today with a manicure that I really enjoyed wearing. It's one of those manis that looks better in real life than in photos but I did my best to give you a glimpse of reality. Here's what I'm talking about.

I used a bunch of polishes to create these nails so they would look more realistic. I started with a base of Essie School of Hard Rock and then used a sponge tip makeup applicator to randomly apply a-england Saint George and Dragon on each nail. It's pretty hard to see in these pictures but the subtle holo effect looked very nice in real life.

For the stamping I used a Golden Rose striper and plate Suki 07 from MoYou London. The plate has a huge dragon and I stamped a piece of it on each nail. The head is pretty big and I tried stamping it on my pointer and middle finger but you can't really tell what it is. So I also stamped the head on my thumb for you to see it better.

I wore this manicure for a lot of time and really enjoyed it. It's not very noticeable for others but it sure is nice to look at, especially in direct light.

A-england polishes are really versatile. There are endless possibilities for nail art and I can never get enough of them. I'm sure it's not gonna be long until I reach for them again. So stay tuned!

  2. Multumesc tare mult! Nu mai tin minte daca le-ai vazut live dar aratau mult mai bine decat in poze. Plus ca efectul holo nu l-am prins chiar deloc. Oricum trebuie sa mai facem rost de niste a-england.
