Hello my lovelies! The week is almost over and the sun is shining so I'm in a springy mood today. I decided to write a short post and show you some swatches that have been sitting on my computer for a while. The color isn't springy at all, in fact it's perfect for fall and winter. It isn't something I normally buy or wear, but I got it as a gift so I had to try it. I always say that receiving polish from people makes you try out colors you wouldn't normally wear. This is what happened with this polish and I ended up liking it.

It's the first time I try a Manhattan polish and I was impressed. This one comes from the Bloggers Choice collection and it's called Green & Bronx. I think it was designed by bloggers and it shows. The color is a quite interesting olive green, but there are also red and gold glitter pieces inside it, which is pretty unique in my opinion.

The formula was nice and I ended up using two coats for these pictures. The brush is on the wider side, which is not what I like, especially because it was flat and not curved, but I managed to make it work. It dried a little bumpy from the glitter pieces but a coat of Seche Vite made it completely smooth.

I must admit that this is a color that I don't usually like, but I ended up enjoying it, especially on short nails like I had back when I wore it. I also got some compliments so I guess it must have looked good to others too. I'm happy to have this in my collection and can't wait to try some more Manhattan polishes.
