Hello my lovelies! This week has been extremely busy and stressful at work, so of course I haven't been in the mood for blogging. Today is Saturday though so I decided to do a quick post and show you some swatches from the vault. Hopefully I will do some nail art for next week. Meanwhile here's some glitter for you!

080 Go Dangerous! is my first polish from the p2 Lost in Glitter collection. Most of the glitters in this collection are not that original but this one caught my attention because it looked elegant and interesting in the bottle. It's an unusual combo of blue, pink and gold glitter in a black base. It's one of those polishes that can be both fun and elegant at the same time. Plus it's dark and vampy which I like a lot.

The black base is sheer enough to make the glitters shine through but it's not too sheer. Depending on the thickness of your coats you will need 2 or 3 to get it completely opaque. The glitter density is good, so you won't have to fish for it in the bottle to get a nice amount on the brush. A coat of top coat is mandatory to level everything out and make it extra shiny.

This polish is a nice way to wear glitter without it being too out there. I used a peel off base underneath to make removal a piece of cake. If you plan to try it out make sure you do the same or else you will hate the removal process. I'm sure you will enjoy wearing it though so if you have access to the p2 brand give this a try!
I'm not really into vampy but I really like this! I unfortunately don't have (direct) acces to P2 though :o
ReplyDeleteNice. Not something i would choose, but it looks amazing on you.
