Monday Blues: Denim Tips

Hello my lovelies! It's the last Monday of October and I must say that this month went by in a second but it was one of the best ones ever. I had a lot of fun and also worked a lot, so I think I deserved all the good things that happened to me. I didn't have a lot of time for blogging but I still like to check in every Monday and show you some blue nails. The ones I'm gonna show you today are simple yet blingy. I hope you enjoy them!

I had a wedding to attend this weekend and I needed a manicure for the event. Since I wore a black dress, I decided to do something bold with my nails. I also had very little time so I went with a glitter gradient because it doesn't take very long. This is what I came up with. There's a bit of holo sparkle in that glitter so I think it looks really great.

Both polishes I used for this look are from the classic Barry M line. The base polish is called Denim and has an amazing formula. It only requires a coat to be opaque so it's perfect for a quick manicure. I used Diamond Glitter for the gradient tips. It's a silver holo glitter of different sizes in a clear base. I didn't have any trouble getting the larger pieces on the brush. Of course I finished everything with a coat of Seche Vite to make it extra shiny.

I am in love with this combo. I've been wearing it for two days and it still looks great. This will probably be on my nails for most of the week. I hope you like it as much as I do! Don't forget to check out the rest of the Monday Blues of this month in the links below!
