After a few years of owning it, I finally decided to use my dupe of OPI Polka.com for a manicure. It's a Flormar polish called GL09 which consists of a clear base with two sizes of glitter. The tiny glitter is blue and the larger hexes are blue, teal and fuchsia. It looks identical to the OPI but is a lot more affordable. This polish might be discontinued though so if you can get your hands on it pick it up while you can.
The blurple creme I used as a base is China Glaze Queen B, a fall polish that is opaque in just one coat. I really loved how quick this was. One coat of the creme and then one coat of the glitter with very little placement. I finished everything with a coat of Seche Vite to make it extra shiny.
I've been wearing this manicure for several days now and I absolutely love it. The dark base makes it vampy and elegant, while the glitter makes it interesting and fun. It's a total win! Don't forget to check out the rest of the Monday Blues of November in the links below!
Have a great week!
