A-england Lady of the Lake

Hello my lovelies! As you are reading this I'm at work, even though it's Saturday. It's pointless to whine about it, so let's just get to the nails. The polish I'm showing you today has been on my wishlist for ages but it always eluded me. I finally received it as a birthday present from my good friend Kinga so I'm able to show it to you today. These pictures are from a couple of weeks ago when my nails were shorter and I think it looks great on short nails. Take a look!

Lady of the Lake from the famous Mythicals collection is a dark purple scattered holo. The holo effect is quite visible in this one and you can see it in the photos too. The color is just gorgeous, not to mention the perfect formula. I think I did two thinner coats here but one thicker coat is absolutely enough because it's very opaque and easy to apply. I added a coat of Seche Vite to make it extra glossy and perfect.

For the accent nail I used another one of the Mythicals, namely the subtle Guinevere. I applied two coats of the polish and then used a turtle nail vinyl and a coat of Lady of the Lake on top. Of course I topped everything with a coat of Seche Vite. I chose the turtle because I wanted to go with the lake theme and it was the only vinyl I had that matched at least partially. I think it's really cute!

I'm so glad this polish is finally in my collection! I now own 8 of the Mythicals so you can tell I really love this collection. Don't forget to leave me a comment to tell me what you think of this manicure. Have a great weekend!
